BULK DELIVERY & QUALITY CONTROL

Designed once.
Made consistently.

The approved sample becomes a working reference. Artwork, print, product fit, packing sequence and shipment preparation are checked as one project.

iSoud Gifts is designed for repeatable B2B customization rather than one-off consumer personalization. The workflow can include feasibility review, controlled artwork, physical sample approval, defined production checks, shipment preparation and project records for future reorders.

FIVE CONTROL POINTS

From project brief
to repeat order.

Specific checkpoints are agreed by model, packaging and order. The process below explains the control logic rather than promising one identical test plan for every SKU.

  1. 01Feasibility

Quantity, destination, budget, deadline and customization depth.

  2. 02Artwork control

File version, dimensions, position, color reference and required marks.

  3. 03Approved sample

Product appearance, print, packaging structure and complete fit.

  4. 04Production checks

Defined inspection points for product, printing, packing and cartons.

  5. 05Close & reference

Shipment information, feedback record and repeat-project review.

PRINT & PACKAGING QUALITY

Bright color is not
just a promise.

Reliable print begins with material and process choices, then requires an agreed visual reference and appropriate checks.

01

Material before color

Uncoated, coated and textured papers reproduce color differently. The substrate is part of the visual specification.

PAPER · COATING · INK
02

Sample before quantity

Logo scale, placement, density, edges and finishing should be reviewed on a physical reference before bulk production.

APPROVED REFERENCE
03

Test before claim

Adhesion and abrasion wording should reflect the selected process and the test actually agreed for the order.

DEFINED ACCEPTANCE

PROCUREMENT QUESTIONS

Specific answers.
Clearer expectations.

Quality language should be measurable and tied to the approved specification.

01How are colors controlled?+

Artwork values and the agreed color reference are confirmed during sampling. Printed color can vary by paper, coating, ink system and lighting, so the approved physical reference and tolerances should be agreed for each project.

02How do you reduce print wear or poor adhesion?+

The print method is selected for the surface and intended use, then reviewed during sampling. Appropriate adhesion or abrasion checks can be defined for the project. No printing process should be described as permanently wear-proof without a stated test and acceptance standard.

03What supports a repeat order?+

The team can reference the approved product model, artwork file, packaging structure, material direction and sample record. Current components, paper, color and availability are reconfirmed because supply conditions can change.

04What happens after delivery?+

Business-order feedback is recorded against the shipment and agreed specification. The appropriate remedy depends on evidence, quantity affected and the commercial terms confirmed for the project.
